About Kenandersonfoundation

A Kitchen Crew That Starts at the Panel

Kenandersonfoundation remodels kitchens in Bellevue, Washington, and most of the calls we take now begin with the same sentence: we want to get rid of the gas range. Some people want induction because it is fast and easy to clean. Some are tired of a burner that heats the whole room in August. Some are planning ahead for a house that runs entirely on electricity. The reason does not change the work much. The house does.

A 1960s rambler in Lake Hills and a 1990s two story in Bridle Trails can both take an induction range, but the path is different. The first may have a 100 amp panel that already carries more than it should. The second may have plenty of capacity and a hood duct that has to cross a vaulted ceiling to reach an outside wall. A downtown condo adds building management, restricted exterior penetrations and a freight elevator that has to be booked for every delivery.

So we look before we quote. We read the panel label, count what is already on the service, check where the gas line comes through the floor or wall, and trace the shortest honest route for a hood duct. Then we write a scope that names the circuit size, the permits, the gas capping and the duct path.

How We Work

Where to Find Us

Call (425) 663-9860 or write to us at 272 Bellevue Way NE, Bellevue, WA 98004. A photo of your panel with the door open is the most useful thing you can send before we talk.
